What Sheen does

Sheen is an assistant that replies to your customers on WhatsApp and Instagram, quotes from your price list, checks your coverage area and books jobs into your diary. You stay responsible for the jobs themselves.

Founding testers

Founding testers get Sheen free for their first 3 months. After that it's £29 a month, and that price stays the same for as long as you keep your subscription. During the founding period the service is still being built, so features may change and things may occasionally break. We'll tell you about anything important.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your prices, coverage area, working hours and services up to date. Sheen quotes from what you give it.
• Use Sheen in line with WhatsApp's and Instagram's own terms and policies, including WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
• Tell your customers how their data is used, for example by linking to your own privacy notice.
• Don't use Sheen to send spam or anything unlawful.

Accuracy

Sheen is careful, but it's software and can make mistakes. Check your diary, and take over any conversation where you need to. We're not liable for losses caused by an incorrect quote or booking, except where the law says we can't limit that.

Payment and cancelling

After any free period, Sheen is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part months.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Ending the service

You can stop using Sheen at any time. We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. When your account ends we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
